mere beti ki Maine gastric drop de doc ne diya tha.......us k bad se wo do vomit kar de.....

A. for gastric trouble you can give collicaid/gastica drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins to half an hour on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed helps a lot.cyclic motion of legs also relieves gases . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. as well as usually in babies of 1 to 3 months of age it is a very common finding to spit the milk after feed due to acid reflux which can be reduced by giving a proper burping after every feed. please see that you are not over feedinnglmg the child also .if it is very frequent you can give domstal drops also occasionally but only under medical guidance.

A. Then Not continue with this medicine if it is not suiting your child sometimes certain medicines don’t shoot the child and they end up either having vomiting or rashes on the body so please consult your doctor they can advise you with a better medicine to go for
