Loodgse motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with managedment for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

Entrogermina twice you can give for three days along with that it’s better to check with your paediatrician as well because loose motions could be due to multiple reasons so what is the reason they’ll figure it out and accordingly they can help you for the medications apart from the probiotics
