Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. बच्चे को पेरासिटामोल के साथ पानी से स्पोंज भी कीजिए जिससे शरीर का टेंपरेचर कम होगा और पेरासिटामोल हर चार से 6 घंटे में वापस दिया जा सकता है और अगर इसके बाद भी फर्क ना लगे तो डॉक्टर से मिलिए
