mere bete ko 3 and half month ke injection lage the uske do din baad jab wo breast feed laita hai rone lag jata hai bahut rota hai

A. hello you may use paracetamol syp for pain and fever and usually it goes away by 48 to 72 hours and if persistent then better to review once for the same.
