all these are signs of teething phase.
gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the teething process in a smooth way

Mam we cannot guarantee when the loose motions are going to be alright depending upon what is the issue and what medicines are given to the child on that basis only the loose motions are going to get better but I cannot give you a confirmed time for that
