For healthy weight gain, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.
Continue to breastfeed and give milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Give 3 meals a day and up to half katori every time.
NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and if the baby is active then weight is not a problem a d make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and include banana avocados potatoes and sweet potatoes ragi egg which are all healthy and nutritious
