Q.
Mere beta ko 14 month laga tha aaj .. Ab tak toh sirf 4 daant hi aaye hai baby ko uppar 2 nd lower 2.. Kuch problem toh nai hota na late se daant aane se ?? kindly suggest any plzz

It's normal for a child to have 4 teeth, 2 in upper and 2 in lower jaw at the age of 14 months. As the child will grow other teeth will erupt in normal sequence coz some child have late eruption of teeth and it's natural. So no need to worry for that.
As for now just maintain proper oral hygiene for the erupted teeth to keep them cavity free.

as pehle do upar Or do niche je aate hai.. Phir thode gap ke baad..
second set of teeth start coming..
give calc phosphorus, a homeopathy medicine for teething, calc phosphorus helps in easing teething effects as teething pain, loose motion, green stool..
