A. hi your baby is 6 months old now yes you can give sinarest drops to your baby for cold give 0.8 ml twice a day for 5 days . .

A. good evening it is never advisable to use any medicine for the baby without consulting with the doctor because each medicine has certain side effects you can try home remedies however before giving medicine try to visit a doctor
