In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a phroper examination or assessment is done to find ouit the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

I think it could be the either due to deficiency of calcium or some problem which could be associated with the skin of the child you please get a proper checkup done with the doctor as further aid can only be provided after diagnosing the correct reason behind it
