White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis hAlba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a gooyd hygiene .

A lot of white spots are just due to dryness on the skin so you can use any good moisturiser or any good cream that is going to help yet if you do not see it helping you at all then I would advise you to kindly consult your doctor it could be due to deficiency of calcium or maybe sometimes due to some skin related issue
