Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. there is some gel that you get that has to be orally applied inside the mouth. you can consult your pediatrician or a good pharmacist and get it. give enough water and tender coconut water regularly. this happens due to heat many times.
