mere baby ko 2deen loose motions huye phir fever aaya , fever ko 5 deen ho gye wo theek ni ho raha ...hum ushko paracetamol de rahe pr fever kam hota hai bad me phir aa jata hai. ..kya kre hum

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.
cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .Loose motion could be because of some infection or if chronic than could be some malabsorption.
Initially you can give zinc supplement for 2 weeks and probiotic like econorm sachet for 3 days .hf
For any specific treatment consult your doctor and maintain proper hydration .
