Mere baby Ko 2-3 dannt per lines Ho gyi he like waha se daant cut Ho gya Ho. What can be reason of that? Only in front 2-3 tooth. Like attached image. Please suggest what to do. Thank you

A. these look like cavities. please visit a dentist preferably a pedodontist and get it checked. your doctor will tell you the treatment you need to do for the same .
