mere baby ko 102 fever hai aur hands and legs normal hai cold hai head stomach ek dum garam hai paracetamol b di mai kya karon plz reply

A. you can give paracetamol drops to the baby and do some Cold sponging if the fever is more and it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination and if it is need for appropriate investigations in this regard and far proper management of the problem
