Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. your child is having skin infection. it is important that you should maintain hygiene of this skin and do not apply any type of cream or lotion which might aggravate the condition so a medical examination will be required. d you can apply antibacterial cream that is t-bact three times per day and then meet your doctor.

It is advisable to get the baby evaluated by a doctor and follow doctors advise properly.
