Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy3 weeks agoA. Hello good morning !! Yes if the baby is touched without washing hands(due to germs) or kissed by lips in contact with baby skin tiny rashes occur. Due to soap or cream unsuitability rashes occur. Avoid soap or cream for 2 days and do normal water bath,apply coconut oil on the rashes and leave for 15-20 minutes before bath,this helps in reducing rashes.
