POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Cucumber. Cucumber has cooling properties and applying cucumbers can help treat a heat rash and also provide relief from the burning, itching and redness. Slice a cucumber and rub it on the heat rashes and then wash the skin with cold water.
