you get vaccines for free in the government because the the government pays the price of the vaccine by the taxpayers money and hence you can get it for free

PallaviMom of a 7 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. hello...pricing diffence happens..in private if imported then higer price is there n if u go govt institution it's cheaper...There is no such difference between government and priate vaccines.Cost of vaccine is higher in private sector where as the govt vaccines are cheap. The govt vaccines are free almost...quality check will be as WHO standards in both in private and govt sector.But the problem with govt vaccines is their way of transportation and storage.majority of vaccine failure occurs during the phase of transportation and storage.overall both are similar..govt provides only basic vaccines as per WHO schedule but the private sector provides additional recommeded vaccines.....so u can take a decision on ur own as per ur convenience..
