mere baby ka naam Aleeza hai and volume abhi 3 yrs Ki hogi but uske hair fall bahot ho raha hai or hair growth bhi jyada nahi hai

Practical hair fall should not happen at this is that’s not a very good sign which is why I would recommend you that you should go ahead with giving the iron supplement to the child and ask your doctor if you can go ahead with giving omega three and six as well which is good in walnuts to be given along with that also I would advise you that you should go ahead with consulting a dermatologist as well
