mere baby ka aaj vaccination hua hai usko 100.6° fever hai.maine calpol medicine aaj sham ko 5pm ko Diya tha tab temp 99° tha, bad Mai 100.6° hua so main 4 ghante ka gap rakhe calpol ka medicine diya.lekin baby ne vommiting ki aaur temp Kam nahi aaya to Kya me calpol ka dose 4 ghante ke bad de sakti hu kya?

A. hi your baby is 2 months old now you can repeat dose of calpol after 6 hours.just breast feed again and mop baby's body with wet cloth and tap water
