mere baby fifth month ka hai or use fever aa rha hai...to mai use paracitamol de rhi hun....iske sath antibiotics bhi Deni chahiye ya kewal paracetamol de sakte hai...koi dikkat to nhi hai or kitni baar de sakte hai

A. hello give the medicine as prescribed by doctor n if after completing the dosage there is no improvement iris worsening then is better to check ur doctor once again which is better to see if further investigation is needed
