mere baby 3months 7days ka hain use bahot jada sardi hain doctor ne nasoclear nasal drop diya tha bo bhi use kiya but koi change nehi siya baby ko breathing lene main problem ho raha hai.pls help me

A. t-minic syrup rokcold and cough in the baby is due to viral infection sometimes can be allergies please give steam inhalation to liquefy the secretions saline drops in the nose for congestion nose
