A. उल्टी के 2 एपिसोड के बाद एक घंटे तक प्रतीक्षा करें फिर उल्टी की दवा (syp ondem/emeset) 5ml दें और फिर एक घंटे zतक प्रतीक्षा करें और फिर केवल आसानी से पचने वाला भोजन दें। इस 2 घंटे के वेटिंग पीरियड में कुछ भी खाने को न दें। बच्चे को पानी भी कम से कम दें। अगर दोबारा उल्टियां आती हैं तो अपने डॉक्टर से मिलें। दूध और भारी आहार देने से बचें। उल्टी आमतौर पzर जठरशोथ के कारण होती है
