White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper moucsturisation of skin is very important andd maintain a good hygiene .

Some white patches are totally normal and it get cured by its owner next few days so you should not worry about it at all. But if these marks are spreading all over the body then in such case you should definitely consult with your doctor about it because doctor can only advise you one of the examining baby
