This is Molluscum contagiosum meet skin specialist in your case medical opinion and examination is required by a dermatologist that is skin specialist. the treatment is usually given for longer duration and regular follow up will be required by the doctor

I think it’s some allergy that’s happening because normally what happens if they pimples and all the basically red in colour like a rash or something but this looks very different because this is like skin is popping out only better you check with your doctor having an assessment for for clearing the situation
