A. hi, don't worry, weightloss can be achieved by eating healthy and exercise everyday, include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, drink 12-14 glasses of water everyday, eat short and frequent meals and exercise for 30-40 mins everyday

Start Exercising do diet control all these things only helps a lot in controlling the weight and reducing them eventually intermittent fasting is also good idea so consult your doctor or a nutritionist or dietician to help you with it they will explain you the entire procedure and then you can go ahead with it eventually
