Mera sabhi dr se 1 ques h ap log bby ko sugar dene ke liye mna krte ho lkn d3 drop aur multivitamin h unme itni sugar h dhakkan ke upr chhiti (ant) ajati h second ap bby ko salt dene ke liye mna krte. ho lkn vo b to namak ka hi pani h ? aur ap 6 month se phle bby ko water ke liye mna krte ho to hum formula kisme ghole btao

Ma’am says these are the things which are suggested by the doctor and we just suggest you to go ahead with that the sugar that they use in medicines would be separate it is not white sugar and water is sufficient into your feeding which is why no extra water is required so when you give water to the child and make that mandatory to make the milk otherwise how are you going to make milk which is why in that case water is suggested
