Mera period 19 February ko aaya tha uske baad period mis hua phir mne 6 days m pregnecy test kiya positive aaya h ...mjhe weakness bhttt jyda feel ho rhi h ...ye meri second pregnancy h ek 4years baby h mere ..pls help

A. hi ji ,aapko gynec se milna jruri he aur unke suggestion k mutabik jo bhi calcium ,iron suppliments he wo lena start kre jise thakan kum lagengi aur khud ko achhe se hydrate rakhe. nimbupani ,ors , nariyal pani aadi le jise kamjori dur hongi aur freshness feel hongi.
