Orofor xt the best that I can suggest you the doctor suggested me to take it with the help of a juice like half a glass of juice I used to take and I used to take the medicine with that for good option for Iron so I would recommend you the same because I have taken the same medicine for my pregnancy and even after that as per doctors recommendation my recommendation
