DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello , your baby boy is 8 months old and he is having a fever and rash so unless he is examined clincaly as it may be a measles as well

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dosese of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
