hello mera beta 13 mahine ka h uska teeth aa rha h .usko fever ho rha h sirf raat me .din me uska body temperature thik rha rha h ...mai usko paracetamol bhi de rhi hu 2 din se phir bhi usko raat me fever aa ja rha h ...aisa kyu ho rha h .
