please do the following things:
give Massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child.
provide silicone teether to your child.
offer light food like khichdi, rice, fruits like pomegranate juice to your child.
include natural probiotics like fresh curd, buttermilk etc in your child diet which help to maintain good bacteria in intestine
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day.
maintain good hygiene
