mera beta 5 month ka hai aur meri kmr me bhut drd hota hai aur mera face nd hair dono hi khrb ho rhe hai so kya kr skte hai iske liye....????

The pain could be due to the epidural if you have had a C-section then the back pain could be associated with that so you can check with your doctor regarding medication and you can do hot compress or you can keep a heat pad and for the other issue I think it’s just related to postpartum and disturbance in hormones for that you should consult dermatologist
