mera beta 3 year ka hai usko loose motions lage hai 4 days , fever and cold bhi hai main usse medicine to de rahe hu but break lag jate hai kai baar. to kya medicine effect nhi karte . agar beech main ek ya 2 baar chooth jaye

A. loose motion there may be some infection for now you can give enterogermina twice a day for three days also give vomikind syrup if there is any vomiting and for fever you can give paracetamol
