mera beta 3 months old hai.use 15 days se thora sardi hai. avi use nasal drops de Rae hun do din Se. fever nae hai. Kya use dust Se hua hai? edher dust Bohat hota hai. pata Kaise chalega

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hagdtric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .

Haan dust SE bhi ho sakta hai क्योंकि कई बच्चों को इस Jeet से अलर्जी होती है इसी vajah से उनको बार बार सर्दी हो जाती है जिससे उनकी नाक बहती है ठीक है बहुत आती है तो हो सकता है कि जैसा कि आपके रहे आपके area में mitti बहु tej हो सकता है आपके बच्चे को डस ऐलर्जी ही हूँ
