A. Speech of child Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months . child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age . just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sefntences properly. if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

A. Try not to put pressure on him or let him know you're frustrated. To encourage him to speak clearly, enunciate words carefully when you talk or speak to him. When he points to objects, name them and have him repeat what you say. Or point out objects, ask him what they are, and name them for him after a brief pause.
