Okay a lot of times not making an eye contact can be due to deficiency of iron but since your child is also having verbal issues is your child giving response to it when you call it out that is also very important for me to know because not giving response to a name or not making an eye contact and verbal delay can be an indication of an issue issue so currently since two issues are clear to me I would recommend you to consult your doctor
