ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. haan de sakte hai.. koi dikkat nahi. During summer give variety of Khichdi, curd rice, lemon rice,poha, custard, fruit salad, curd -roti. and feed adequate fluids in summer. tc
