Q.
mera bachha 3 years ka hai abhi usko bahot cold fever aur cough ho gaya hai usko me already cough k liye Asthalin Expectorant plus de rahi hu but kuch fark nai pad raha hai abhi cold and cough k liye konsi dawai doon?

Baby is having cold cough and fever then it can be due to viral infection you need to give him steam inhalation indirectly to times in the day and also keep him well hydrated .consult with your doctor near by who will examine the baby and guide you with appropriate medications in their proper dose. Viral fever can last from 3-5 days so you need to to give the prescribed medications for this duration at least and if it is persistent beyond you need to go for the investigation as per the advice of the doctor

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. yes can be guven . Running nose and cough cold are common during this time . Just steam as a home remedy for mild cough and cold . Ascoril LS for other cough . Also paracetamol for fever if any .
