please do not worry if your child is healthy, active , achieving his milestones .
every child is different, physical features doesn't imply if whether your child is healthy.
give him nutritious food that includes all the food groups like whole grain and millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts and oil seeds, ghee, egg etc.
avoid processed and packaged foods
do not force feed
give small and frequent meals
