Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is important to rule out any type of discomfort the child is experiencing.
sometimes it can be due to colic pain / digestive issues as well as due to some irritability or some discomfort in the mattress on which the child is sleeping which has to be taken care of.
for small children you can use a swing as well as do swaddle as well as take a walk or you can take the child in the car which will help in improving the dsleep of the child
you have to also rule out hunger which might be causing sleep discomfortd.
also rule out teething pain which might be causing sleep disturbance.
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. So I’m just going to recommend you currently that you should give proper feeding to the child make sure your child is properly full then only the child is going to sleep for at least 2 to 3 hours at a stretch and also some kids are light sleeper so you can use earplugs and cotton so that your child is not disturbed with any kind of sound around them
