Mera baby raat ko 2-3 baar uthta h feed ke liye.. Mai bht exhausted ho jati hu..toh kya kra jaye Iske liye ?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist9 months agoA. dear mum , this is common n normal also production of breastmilk is more during night another reason is baby is not able to bridge one sleep cycle to another so wakes up n breastfeeding is a way to soothe back to sleep dont worry they outgrow it
