Yeah cavity issue bhi ho sakta hai tho better hai ki aap usse dentist k pass le kar jaaye and examine kara le tho better rahega to get an idea as well

You should get it checked with the dentist to know what is the problem and how to deal with the situation along with that also I’m going to recommend you that you should definitely proceed with giving more of liquids currently that is going to be easy and convenient
