mera baby boy 3 months 12 days ka hua h usko vaccine lagi thi usme ganth pad gai hain tight bhi lagti h jha injection lga tha.use ab dard bhi h.injection 14september ko lga tha kya kre jis se wo melt ho jae

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Post vaccination swelling may be a common thing specially after DPT vaccine which may be painful for two or three days and the swelling may remain even up to month so if it is not causing any pain or other symptoms nothitng to worry.
Swelling can be reduced by giving ice fomentation locally and paracetamol can be given for fever or pain.
Thromfbophobe ointment can be applied in acute pain and swelling .

Also, make sure to apply this cream everytime after vaccination.

It happens after vaccination but will be cured. Bye it in next few days so you should definitely not worry about it at all. Leave it as it is. But if there is any sort of discharge from it, then only you have to worry and consult with Dr. Otherwise there is no need to worry about it. It will get cure by its own.
