Actually should use salt and you should use all the necessary spices which are required to give proper flavour and taste to the food see a lot of doctors say that you should not use it but my paediatrician advised me to use every thing from the very beginning in which is what I did and it is completely couldn’t save for the child’s I’m going to advise you to use
