A. Green colour Motion is normally seen in babies and mostly it may be due to less feeding, or formula milk feeding. If it is associated with mucous and foul smell than there could be some infection .green colour motion may also indicate that the baby is not feeding well or it may be any infection also so mf there are any other associated problem like fever ,vomiting then you should consult your doctor .
