Mera baby 5 months ka h..uski body pe red rashes ho gaye h ..mein kya use kar sakte hu..

A. firstly we need to rule out the cause for same..so please post your question again with attached picture or consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised. give only breastmilk till completion of six months
