mera baby 44 days ka hai aur Jab Bhi dudh pi raha hai ,mai ussey spoon se feed kara rahi hun kyun ki mujhe dudh ni ho raha hai. mera baby hamesha tjoda thoda dudh nikal de raha hain kya yah sahi hai....iska kya reason hai

A. please give only breastmilk till completion of six months. feed more frequently for more production. spitting is normal in infants. mother should take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and stay hydrated

A. hi usually it is normal among young babies to spit up milk in curdy consistency with slow flow after each feeding. so offer small and frequent feeds. keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding. also please offer direct feeding,the more your child latches, the more milk is produced. burp your baby on your shoulder in upright position after each feeding for 10 to 15 minutes. maintain good hygiene.
