Mera baby 4 months ka ho gya hai to kya main ab exercises kar sakti hoo Mera weight kafi badh gya hai lagbhag 90 kg kya main squats aur straching exercises kar sakti hoo

A. Hello dear parent! Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated healthy all through the day. Good luck and take care.
