shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello dear you need to take diet which is full of fibre and also you need to take lots of water in your diet everyday along with that if possible do some exercises or go for a walk at least and you can go for the Homeopathic medication because you are having constipation as well as gas problem
